Start your morning at the Terrace Restaurant, offering open-air dining
with a continental breakfast station for early risers beginning at 5:30
a.m. From 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. a full breakfast follows, featuring an
array of tropical fresh fruits and juices, cereals, pastries, sumptuous
hot dishes and made to order items. Enjoy a Continental Breakfast
in the privacy of your bed or on your balcony between 6:30 a.m. - 10:00
a.m. For Lunch the Terrace Restaurant offers a tempting buffet of salads,
local and international hot and cold dishes, pastries and cakes. Time

Terrace (International)
The Cassava Terrace Restaurant allows you to enjoy the soft night breeze
in this open-air restaurant as you indulge in an array of International
cuisine.

Grill
(Mediterranean)
At the Grill Restaurant you will feast on the flavors of the Mediterranean
with a selection of specially grilled meals and delicious pasta dishes.

Otaheite
(Jamaican)
Reservations are required at the Otaheite Restaurant. This chic restaurant
is alive with the spices, flavor and fusion of fine Jamaican and Caribbean
fare.

Beach
Grill
The Beach Grill is open from 11:00 am - 6:30 pm daily. Join us for casual
fare and snacks throughout the day. Indulge in our Dessert Buffet each
evening starting at 10:00 pm. And, in case you have a hunger pang when
the clock strikes midnight, the Beach Grill offers a simple menu of grilled
food until 5:00 am.

Should You Wear
Sometimes our guests like to know if there are any dress requirements.
During the evening hours as you dine in any of our restaurants (besides
the casual Beach Grill), we request that you keep your sneakers, shorts,
t-shirts and tank-tops in your room. Casual elegance is the fashion style
at most of our restaurants. However, if you wish to dine at our fine gourmet
restaurant, Otaheite, we request a more elegant look. For men, slacks,
collared shirts and closed shoes would be appropriate and for women, dresses,
skirts or dress pants are fine.
